Payment Methods

UK Members - Payment can be accepted by personal cheque, Postal Order or Credit Card.

EU and Overseas - Payment may be made by credit card or bank draft (see note at foot of page), we do not accept any form of bank transfer.

All cheques must be made payable to ‘Remote Imaging Group’

VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Switch Solo are all accepted

• type of card, card number and expiry date
• the last three security numbers printed on the back of the card
• for Switch and Switch Solo only, the issue number
• card holders  name as printed on the card
• address that the card statement is sent to

You may post, Fax or e-mail your credit card details, if e-mailing you may want to split the details over two e-mails.

All credit cards are authorised before goods are despatched

Please include your e-mail address or telephone number in case of problems. In the event of problems with equipment purchased from RIG Shop, please contact us in the first instance - not the manufacturer.

Payments by Bank Draft

Overseas customers who cannot pay for goods by means of a credit card may make their payment by Bank Draft Cheque, providing the following criteria are met:

• Payments must take the form of a cheque, drawn on a London (England) Bank
• The London Bank’s Address must be clearly printed on the cheque

RIG cannot accept payment by EURO CHEQUE, EUROS or in LOCAL CURRENCIES.

Shipping

Shipping or Courier within the UK is by letter or parcel post. Items ordered from non-UK addresses are sent via airmail.
